1940s Magnavox Georgian 151B Radio

Check out this oldie!
Before television, this is how everyone gathered around the radio to listen to the ball game or hear Orson Welles radio broadcast of War of the Worlds, which was a live broadcast by the way.

Though there is a lot of dust, this radio is in great condition and still works.
Technology back then was made to fit into your living room and not to stick out like a sore thumb. This was a nice furnishing back in the 40s and still is today!.

If anyone has more info about this please let us know!

Danny Trejo Visits 5 & Diner Worcester

It is not every day that you get to meet a celebrity but by pure luck, our marketing guy, Mike, happened to be in the right place at the right time! Mike was ordering a meal at the counter when his manager told him to look at who was sitting at the counter. And there he was! Danny Trejo!

In the past we have had a couple other celebrities visit our diners but in Arizona. We have had such visitors like, Tim Lincecum, Shaq, Sylvester Stallone, and Mike Tyson.
